MusicMaker TW1

MusicMaker TW1—aesthetically pleasing, comfortable little microdriver whose signature is highly dependent on source and tips—bass, in particular can sound either etched but shallow or boomy with various combinations. Optimally driven and shod, these these have  good across-the-board musicality and a generally balanced sound, with thick-textured forward mids, deep, tight bass and smoothish, laid-back bright treble which is somewhat lacking in extension and detail. Soundstage is wider than it is deep, and imaging is quite accurate, though overall clarity is just fair—the cheaper Joyroom E107 and HDS3 present more information and detail, though the TW1 are good for extended and/or low-volume listening, especially when amped.
